1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and RAM Labs (“RAM Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the ramlabs.eu website and any related pages, content, tools, and applications (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Our Services

RAM Labs designs, builds, and integrates AI pipelines, agentic systems, automations, and software for businesses. Information presented on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement to deliver services is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work executed between RAM Labs and the client, which prevails over these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding that engagement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its contents—including all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, photographs, audio, and video (the “Content”), together with the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”)—are owned or licensed by RAM Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Greece, the European Union, and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content or Marks without our prior written permission.
